Well yeah, it's for a great cause (DUH MY BABY). But to be frank, it kinda sucks. :(
I love cocktail drinks! Amaretto Sour, Tequila Rose, Strawberry Daiquiri, Lychee Martini are some of my favorites... And this picture I took at Vyne months ago isn't helping the cocktail drought!!!
Because this photo was taken months ago, I already forgot the names of these lovely looking (and tasting) cocktail drinks...SORRY!
Vyne is the lounge at W building where Hyve is also located. Hyve is the dance club - more for the party goers. Vyne is more for the yuppies like me. More chill, more relaxed. They play good indie music-pop and hipster music too. Plus points!
I also like the interiors of this place. The chandeliers are lovely and the wall art just adds that spunk and semi eccentric vibe. The acoustics are quite poor though. It's hard to have a conversation without semi shouting even the music isn't that loud.
By the way, apart from the drinks, Vyne's menu is also quite impressive. My friends and I tried the tapas - Mini Crab Cakes, Wellington Burger Sliders, Sisig Empanada, Beef Salpicao, and Truffle Fries - and everything tasted good. Too bad I wasn't able to take photos. I was too hungry that night.
In a nutshell, Vyne is a pretty cool place to hang out with your friends after work. Good food, good drinks, and good ambiance.
P.S. I still miss drinking my cocktails! :)
